Help Save Lives as a Blood Collection Assistant

\Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and making a positive impact on people's lives? We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Blood Collection Assistant. \As a Blood Collection Assistant, you will be responsible for greeting and interviewing potential donors, creating a positive donor experience, performing routine blood pressure and haemoglobin tests, setting up machines and collection equipment, safely inserting and removing needles for blood, plasma, and platelet collection, monitoring donors post-donation, and assisting with rebooking. No prior blood collection experience is needed, as we provide paid, flexible, self-paced training that combines on-the-job practice and online classes. \To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable with needles and biological materials, occasionally lift between 5-10 kg, support and foster a positive team environment, frequently stand, walk, and bend to set up and pack down equipment, and be flexible to work varied shifts on a rotating roster from Monday to Sunday, including weekends and afternoons. \Benefits of working with us include:

You Will Be Working On:
