Senior Activities Coordinator

This is an opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals in delivering activities that enrich the lives of our residents.

As Senior Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve resident-centered care goals.

  • Develop and implement activity programs that promote socialization, physical activity, and mental stimulation
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to identify and address resident needs and preferences
  • Lead a team of Lifestyle Therapists to deliver activities that enhance resident well-being
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or related field
  • Minimum three years' experience in leisure and health program development and delivery
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate and Police Check
