Home Care Support Workers Needed

We are seeking motivated professionals to provide high-quality support services to people with disabilities, aged care, community transport, and supported employment in the Tumut and surrounding districts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide home care support services to clients in the Tumut and surrounding areas
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centered care
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and carers

To be successful in this role, you will have a Certificate III or IV in Community Services, Aged Care, Individual Support, or Home and Community Care. You will also need to hold an Australian Driver's Licence and be willing to undertake a Criminal Record Check. A current First Aid Certificate is desirable.
