Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Kitchen Managers and Assistant Kitchen Managers in all aspects of daily kitchen operations;
  • Maintain our high standards for consistency in recipe and menu item execution;
  • Help uphold a professional restaurant and team member image, including cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards;
  • Ensure a safe and respectful environment for all Team Members and Managers;

Essential Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills;
  • Ability to foster teamwork and cooperation through confidence, attitude, and enthusiasm;
  • Knowledge of the operation and maintenance of commercial food preparation equipment;
  • Organized and systematic approach to work with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Attention to detail.

Specific Requirements:

Kitchen Supervisors/Cooks (Full-Time)

  • Minimum 3 years of kitchen experience in high-volume settings; supervisory experience preferred;
  • Extensive knowledge of kitchen operations and exceptional culinary skills;
  • Ability to manage inventory and delegate responsibilities and resources.

Cooks & Kitchen Hands (Casual)

  • Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience in high-volume environments.
