Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chief Retail Sales Executive to lead our sales team.

  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills to develop and empower team members.
  • Strong understanding of sales budgets, KPIs, and financial management principles.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
