Leadership Position Overview:

The General Manager role is responsible for delivering a superior customer and employee experience, executing business strategies to achieve sales, financial, and growth objectives, and fostering communication and alignment across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer and employee experiences.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales, financial, and growth performance.
  • Lead storewide communication and alignment across departments.
  • Represent the company in high-value equipment sales and demonstrations.
  • Coach and develop management teams to reach their full potential.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of retail leadership experience with preference given to agriculture or equipment background.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a parts manager, service manager, or sales manager preferred.
  • Knowledge of industry products and technologies.
  • Proven ability to inspire, coach, and resolve challenges.
  • Strong business acumen in sales, service, finance, and marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
