Store Leadership Role at Starbucks Australia

Starbucks Australia is seeking a talented Store Manager to join our team and drive business success in a Store Leadership role. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing store operations, driving financial success, leading teams, and creating a meeting place in your community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow a successful business by leveraging your business acumen, efficiency, and problem-solving skills.
  • Run your store like an owner, developing your team, managing daily operations, creating connections, and owning the financial performance.
  • Nurture talent and lead a team by engaging the hearts and minds of your team and developing their skills to realize their personal best.
  • Delight and uplift customers through a human connection, engaging with customers and staff, and leading by example.

About You:

  • Previous experience in store leadership roles, ideally within the retail or hospitality industries.
  • Exposure to managing store operations and driving financial success.
  • Previous exposure to rostering, P&L reports, and budgets.
  • An ability to develop teams and evoke a positive and fun working environment.
