Job Opportunity: Real Estate Capital Markets Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious professional to join our team as a Real Estate Capital Markets Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and enterprising environment, driving growth and value creation for our clients.

The successful candidate will assist senior professionals in growing and promoting our real estate business, leveraging their market research and financial analysis skills to support proposals submission to clients. They will also be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and building a comprehensive property and client database.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate valuation in Hong Kong
  • University degree holder with major in Surveying or Real Estate preferred
  • Professional qualification such as HKIS or RICS preferred
  • Holder of a valid EAA license (strongly preferred)
