Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Sustainability Consulting team.

This role is ideal for a skilled Senior / Consultant with 3-4 years of experience in building systems and services or mechanical engineering combined with expertise in sustainable design and building performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client programs and project delivery
  • Conduct site assessments and energy audits to optimize building performance
  • Develop Net Zero Carbon pathways for new and existing buildings
  • Deliver NABERS evaluations and improvement plan development
  • Support Green Star certification projects
  • Apply mechanical engineering expertise to optimize HVAC systems and renewable energy integration
  • Produce high-quality deliverables including reports, presentations, and analytical models
Requirements:
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in mechanical building services consultancy, building design, or operations
  • Experience with Green Star Performance and/or Green Star Interiors rating tools
  • Proven track record in Net Zero Carbon strategy or NABERS Improvement Plan development
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Project management experience with proven relationship capabilities
