Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our sales team as Customer Experience Representatives. This role involves creating an exceptional customer experience through excellent interpersonal skills, maintaining impeccable grooming standards and adhering to company benchmarks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting and engaging customers, achieving individual targets and goals, and fostering a positive and constructive relationship with other team members.

  • Ensure stock is adequately rotated and maintained.
  • Keep displays dusted and cleaned, testers cleaned, and samples available.
  • Effectively record and utilize customer details for follow-up.
  • Take ownership of results and review on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Communicate effectively and handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Conduct accurate daily sales analysis and maintain balanced records.
  • Adhere to break rules and guidelines, as discussed with the Store Manager.
  • Be punctual at each shift and flexible with schedules.
