Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our retail team as a Sales Assistant. As a key member of our store staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the store manager in leading the team and contributing to opening and closing procedures. You will also deliver outstanding customer service, process payments through our online POS system, manage deliveries, and maintain store displays and merchandise to maximize sales potential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the store manager in leading the team and driving sales growth
  • Contributing to opening and closing procedures, including end-of-day processing and cash handling
  • Delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer
  • Processing payments through our online POS system and managing deliveries
  • Maintaining store displays and merchandise to maximize sales potential
  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing product information

Requirements:

  • Previous leadership experience in a retail environment (desirable)
  • Familiarity with computerized POS systems
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
