Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered support to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and autonomy.
- Assist with daily tasks and goals, including personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support and care.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
- Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if applicable
