**Job Overview**:
PrixCar Services is a leading provider of vehicle transport, processing, and storage solutions. Our team is seeking an experienced National Account Coordinator to join our Business Partnerships department.
This role involves supporting an account team in delivering exceptional customer service to major clients and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining working relationships with designated OEM accounts, ensuring day-to-day service delivery, data management, and effective communication across the business.
The successful candidate will also provide support to the National Account Manager and operational branches in achieving business objectives. This includes being the primary contact nationally for operational issues, managing business relationships, and providing timely reports on business activities.
Main Responsibilities:**
- Be the primary contact nationally for day-to-day operational issues
- Manage business relationships with internal/external customers and provide efficient responses to their queries
- Support the National Account Managers in providing excellent customer service and ensuring that service levels & KPIs are met
- Assist in managing the customers' performance within agreed contractual parameters
- Enhance customer experience by identifying process improvements
- Provide timely reports on business activities to the National Account Manager and Customers
- Coordinate end-to-end contract life cycle management
Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, dealing with OEM's, Dealerships, and/or Fleet Management
- Strong communication skills including written, verbal, presentation, and effective persuasion skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- A quick learner and problem solver
- The ability to multitask, plan, and execute according to plan
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment
- Customer-centric individual and can handle stressful situations in a professional and effective manner
