The position offers an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to establish and manage a new office in South Australia, leading the delivery of high-quality projects and fostering a culture of excellence.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a strong background in structural steel or metalwork subcontracting, with experience delivering commercial/industrial projects in Adelaide or SA. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Building and leading a high-performing team: hiring, mentoring, and overseeing daily operations
  • Delivering supply and installation projects on time, within budget, and to specifications
  • Managing all aspects of operations: budgeting, scheduling, health, safety, environment, and quality assurance
  • Maintaining direct client engagement and reporting to head office

The ideal candidate will possess excellent operational, financial, and project control capabilities, as well as the ability to build a culture of accountability and high performance.
