About the role

The Casual Operational Services Officer provides practical support service to the Business Unit Program. The casual assists within the hospitality, stores and customer service areas of TAFE SA by way of, but not limited to, retail assistance, cashier, barista and waiter service.

The Casual Operational Services Officer will assist with the ordering and provision of consumables, coordination and maintenance of storage areas, provision of consumables to the classrooms and assistance to lecturers and students in various store's areas.

Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to demonstrate having a valid DHS Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed. Applicants who do not hold a WWCC will need to apply at Department of Human Services (DHS).

  • Some out of hours work may be required.
  • Incumbent will be required to participate in the Department's Performance Development Program.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
