Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive our integrated policy, political engagement and campaign program. The successful candidate will lead the strategy and team responsible for executing our policy objectives.

This leadership role combines deep policy expertise with the ability to cultivate influential relationships across the political and regulatory landscape. It requires a trusted advisor who can interpret complex policy environments, shape advocacy strategies, and build trust with government officials and policy stakeholders.

The role ensures we are positioned as a credible and constructive contributor to policy development and decision-making. Acting as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, this role is part of our broader Corporate Affairs Leadership team and Public Policy & Government Relations Leadership team, ensuring alignment and integration across state and national priorities.

  • Build trust with government officials and policy stakeholders
  • Shape policy outcomes that support long-term business success and social value creation

  • Politically astute and policy-minded leader with a proven track record in government relations, advocacy, and strategic engagement
  • Deep expertise in navigating complex political and regulatory environments
  • Ability to influence outcomes through relationships, evidence and timing
