Trade Counter Associate

• Providing customer service and product information to plumbers and other tradespeople
• Preparing quotes for customers in person and over the phone
• Maintaining stock levels, performing pick packing, and ensuring the branch remains tidy and safe
• Occasionally making deliveries to customers using company vehicles

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service with excellent communication skills
• Able to learn new systems and maintain accurate records
• Valid driver's license and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
• Strong desire to develop career goals within our network or head office
