About the Role
Yooralla is seeking a passionate and experienced Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our team in providing high-quality support services to children with disability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based speech pathology services to children with disability to achieve their goals and live the life they choose.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Psychologists.
- Develop and implement individualized plans to support children and their families.
- Provide indirect client service and family coordination to support client goals.
- Manage a caseload and appointments, and drive to homes and community settings within a 30-minute radius.
About You
We are looking for an established and enthusiastic Speech Pathologist with a tertiary qualification, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage with families using a family-centered, key worker approach.
