Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate to manage clinical trials and contribute towards efficient project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor clinical trials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, SOPs and ICH guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the project team to optimize trial performance.
  • Perform site qualification visits, feasibility assessments, site selection and start-up activities.
  • Negotiate site agreements and facilitate the execution of site contracts.
  • Conduct site initiation visits, interim monitoring visits and site close-out visits.
Required Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree in Life Sciences (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals).
  • At least 3-4 years' experience in monitoring clinical trials in the pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industry as a SCRA/CRA.
  • Experience in managing early phase oncology trials is highly desirable.
  • Practical knowledge of ICH-GCP requirements for site management.
