The Role

As a team leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of up to 4 stock team members.
  • Ensuring timely receipt and replenishment of stock.
  • Managing the stock receiving process.
  • Supporting the store manager with your expertise.
  • Adhering to occupational health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Providing exceptional customer service.

Key Requirements

For this role, we require:

  • Availability to work between 1pm - 9pm Monday to Friday.
  • Experience supervising a small team.
  • Strong time management, delegation, and follow-up skills.
  • A passionate attitude inspiring teams to excel.
