Delivering Superior Customer Service and Growing Revenues

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Global Banking Relationship Specialist.

The role will involve managing a portfolio of high-value clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their financial needs, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue through upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and financial requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue through the sale of HSBC's products and services, working closely with colleagues across the organization.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial banking, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and resolve complex issues.
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as finance or business.
