Are you a detail-oriented and commercially savvy procurement expert looking for a challenging opportunity? We have an exciting role for a Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team

This is a hands-on position where you will be responsible for delivering expert procurement support across our operations, ensuring value-for-money outcomes that are safe, timely, and commercially robust.

You will lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, developing category strategies, managing contracts, and fostering strong supplier relationships that drive performance and compliance. Your ability to navigate complex procurement environments and deliver sustainable outcomes will be highly valued.

We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded individual who thrives in fast-paced environments. You should have a strong understanding of sourcing strategies, contract management, and supplier engagement, ideally gained in the mining or construction sectors.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, develop strategic sourcing approaches, and deliver value to our stakeholders. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date contract registers and procurement activity reports.

About You:

  • Experience managing end-to-end procurement processes, including tenders, negotiations, and contract implementation
  • A self-starting attitude with the ability to work independently and take ownership of your portfolio
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a track record of building effective internal and external relationships
  • A commercial mindset with a focus on delivering stakeholder value
  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, commerce, supply chain) is preferred but not essential
