Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Junior Account Service Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for general enquiries, emails, and phone calls
  • Monitor and manage shared inboxes
  • Process supplier invoices, raise purchase orders (POs), and track costs
  • Assist with client invoicing, quote sourcing, and coordination of WIP meetings
  • Organize travel, team events, and support senior leadership expenses
  • Help coordinate content production including photoshoots, deliverables tracking, and monthly digital analytics reports
  • Support website checks, magazine mail outs, and general admin filing
  • Write internal communications and assist content editors with research and fact-checking
