As an Allied Health Manager, you will play a strategic leadership role within the executive team of Mona Vale Hospital.

This is a dynamic and collaborative environment where you can make a meaningful impact. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Providing high-level strategic leadership and planning for Allied Health professionals.
  • Delivering professional governance and accountability across Mona Vale Hospital, AYAH, and CHSP.
  • Acting as the principal reference point for Allied Health direction and planning.
  • Contributing to executive leadership and decision-making across the hospital and community health services.

The ideal candidate will possess qualifications in an Allied Health discipline, business administration or health management, and/or relevant extensive experience within a health environment.

You will have the ability to provide leadership as part of the executive team and support, mentor, and develop staff. Additionally, you will demonstrate high-level interpersonal, communication, consultation, and negotiation skills with the ability to maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

Provide high-level strategic leadership and planning for Allied Health professionals.

2. Governance and Accountability

Deliver professional governance and accountability across Mona Vale Hospital, AYAH, and CHSP.

3. Direction and Planning

Act as the principal reference point for Allied Health direction and planning.

4. Executive Leadership

Contribute to executive leadership and decision-making across the hospital and community health services.

Requirements

Qualifications in an Allied Health discipline, business administration or health management, and/or relevant extensive experience within a health environment.

Ability to provide leadership as part of the executive team and support, mentor, and develop staff.

High-level interpersonal, communication, consultation, and negotiation skills with the ability to maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
