We are seeking an experienced Equity Research Associate to join our research team in Australia. As a key member, you will contribute to building coverage of the Australian REIT universe and provide detailed data and analytics on real estate dynamics for major markets.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, maintain, and oversee detailed financial models and databases
  • Apply sound understanding and use of finance and valuation techniques
  • Value a number of REITs using a combination of quantitative and qualitative analyses
  • Become an expert on covered companies and major real estate markets in Australia
