Job Title: Direct Care Worker - Residential

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team in delivering direct client services to residents in a residential care setting.

About the Role

As a Direct Care Worker - Residential, you will provide support and collaboration to ensure the best care for our residents. You will assist aged, frail, or disabled individuals with limited supervision, requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care services to residents in a residential care setting
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care and mobility
  • Support residents with limited supervision, promoting independence and dignity
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have completed an AQF Certificate III relevant to the position and have experience in providing direct care services in a health-related field.
