Job Summary:

We are seeking a high-caliber Field Quality Assurance and Engineering professional to spearhead the management of field quality assurance and engineering activities for energy storage projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive field quality assurance plans, procedures, and standards to ensure project compliance with industry regulations or best practices.
  • Conduct thorough field inspections and audits to monitor the quality of work performed by field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Identify and resolve quality issues by coordinating with engineering and field teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate project quality records.
  • Oversee the development and approval of non-destructive test procedures by subcontractors and maintain records.
  • Participate in the assessment of tenders submitted by contractors and suppliers regarding compliance with quality conditions outlined in contracts and prequalification requirements.
  • Review client specifications concerning QC issues and make recommendations.
  • Lead efforts to address design or engineering issues during construction and commissioning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil, or equivalent Engineering discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in engineering, QA, or project management, with at least 1 year in PV or BESS projects.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, engineering standards, and regulations.
  • Proven experience managing field operations.
