Job Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Sales and Service Representative to contribute to our organization's success. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, creating positive interactions with customers, and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Must have experience in dispatch, picking and packing.
  • Avoid accidents by maintaining a safety focus, ensuring your own safety and the safety of your colleagues and customers.
  • Provide genuine service and create meaningful experiences for customers.
  • Utilize strong customer service skills to drive positive sales results.
  • Maintain high standards of showroom presentation and merchandising.
  • Process stock, receive, dispatch, and store products effectively.
  • Be an enthusiastic, cooperative, and collaborative team member, contributing to a positive team culture.
About the Role:

This is an entry-level full-time position in a retail environment selling auto parts. As a Retail Assistant (Customer Sales & Service), you will work as part of a supportive and inclusive team that values teamwork and communication.

This role requires physical capability to lift, bend, and climb.
