
Factory Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role where your compliance expertise and production management skills can make a real impact.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for the full scope of manufacturing operations – from planning and resource allocation to packaging and delivery.
They will ensure all processes run efficiently, meet regulatory requirements, and align with company goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 8 years' experience in production management within pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or another GMP-regulated industry
- Strong knowledge of GMP standards, TGA requirements, and quality-driven operations
- A confident leader who can mentor, train, and develop high-performing teams
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Degree-qualified in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise processes
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to compliance and safety
