Role Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic customer service professionals to join our team for the summer season as Pool Service Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Serve snacks and meals from the kiosk area
  • Operate cash handling and EFTPOS systems
  • Prepare menu items
  • Respond to emergency situations effectively

To excel in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Working with Children Check
  • Child Safe Environments Certificate
  • Food Safety Certification
