NSW Health NBMLHD invites dynamic Physiotherapists to join the Short Term Staffing Pool to support the delivery of high-quality care across the district. The role involves providing efficient and responsive allied health services across a range of clinical areas and facilities. Flexibility is key, with potential work across multiple NBMLHD sites to meet workforce demands, including surge and backfill requirements.


Responsibilities
  • Join the Short Term Staffing Pool to support delivery of high-quality physiotherapy across NBMLHD facilities and clinical areas.
  • Contribute to efficient and responsive allied health services; flexibility to work across multiple sites to meet workforce demands, including surge and backfill requirements.
  • Collaborate with inter-professional teams to provide patient-centred care and continuity of service.

Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy and current National Physiotherapy Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA).
  • Demonstrated postgraduate clinical experience in a health care setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads, work independently and within an inter-professional team environment.
  • Demonstrated high level of organisational and time management skills.
  • Record of ongoing professional development.
  • Computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and/or Access).
  • Current Driver's Licence and willingness to travel for work.
