We are seeking a highly skilled Transport Compliance Advisor to join our team at American President Lines. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all transport-related legislation and standards.
About the Role:
As a Transport Compliance Advisor, you will:
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure our operations are fully compliant with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) legislation.
- Support the analysis of training needs and delivery of training sessions to ensure our team is equipped to meet compliance requirements.
- Lead transport-related work streams for new sites and contract projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Conduct audits of our sites and carriers to ensure compliance with our policies and procedures.
- Produce monthly transport governance reports to ensure our operations are meeting compliance requirements.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant qualification/s in CoR, fatigue and mass management, load restraint.
- Proven experience in applying CoR legislation to achieve compliance outcomes.
- Proficient in MS Office, with excellent written and oral presentation skills.
- Strong training and coaching abilities.
- A valid driver's license and own vehicle (travel reimbursed per km).
