About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Clinical Service Lead - Aged Care. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in clinical service delivery, compliance, and audit processes.

  • Driving Continuous Improvement: You will lead the development and implementation of strategies to enhance clinical practice, ensuring high-quality care and improved resident outcomes.
  • Clinical Leadership: As a trusted resource, you will provide guidance and education to staff on best practices, supporting them in their roles and promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Clinical Documentation Management: You will oversee the management of clinical documentation, ensuring accurate and timely recording of resident information.
  • Infection Prevention Strategies: As a key member of our infection control team, you will develop and implement strategies to prevent infections, ensuring a safe environment for our residents and staff.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Nursing Degree: A current nursing degree and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) are essential requirements.
  • Leadership Experience: You will have significant experience in clinical leadership, with a proven track record of driving improvements in clinical practice.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for success in this role.
