Business Banking Product Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of our Contingent Liability/Bank Guarantee product roadmap. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders and business units to manage the delivery of this project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the Contingent Liability/Bank Guarantee product roadmap, engaging with senior stakeholders and business units to manage delivery.
  • Manage senior business and technical stakeholders to ensure prioritisation is understood and agreed upon.
  • Influence and drive outcomes through engagement and collaboration with senior stakeholders across multiple business units (Business and Technology).
  • Act as the voice of the customer and business, translating customer needs for the squad.
  • Release prototypes and iterate to meet customer needs and achieve crew goals quickly.
  • Drive product exploration using design thinking and analytics, formulating hypotheses to validate product strategy/design.
  • Own and manage pricing, financials, return on investment, operational and credit risks, incidents, and/or supplier relationships.
  • Ensure all obligations across customer, regulatory, internal policy, and process frameworks are met and satisfied.
  • Deliver operational risk and issue management for a large set of controls, implementing new controls as needed and managing execution risks/issues.
  • Address roadblocks, impediments, and dependencies, driving decisions and resolving escalations.
  • Create an exceptional squad and crew culture, contributing to the Product Owner community and chapter.
  • Lead the Squad day-to-day to deliver change and lifecycle activities.
  • Manage the Squad's performance against defined objectives, including OKR tracking.
  • Drive squad effectiveness and agile maturity in partnership with Agile Coaches and Performance Leads.
  • Ensure the squad is customer-obsessed, enabling initiatives to deliver exceptional customer experience outcomes.
  • Provide coaching, constructive feedback, and mentoring for team members.
  • Maintain a well-prioritised backlog to deliver business and customer outcomes.
