Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance/Quality Control Coordinator to fill a critical role in our organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Quality Management Systems: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop quality plans for each project phase, identify critical quality control points, and establish inspection and testing criteria.
  • Ensure Quality Compliance: Monitor and control the quality of work performed by contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, conduct inspections, audits, and tests to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
  • Manage Non-Conformities: Identify and address non-conformities, deviations, and deficiencies in work processes, materials, or equipment.
  • Maintain Quality Documentation: Ensure that all relevant documents are properly controlled, archived, and retrievable.
  • Evaluate Suppliers and Subcontractors: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Standards: Stay current with relevant codes, standards, and regulations applicable to the project, ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements related to quality activities.

The ideal candidate will possess tertiary or trade qualifications in Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) with experience in Oil and Gas, proven experience as a QA/QC Coordinator/Engineer in EPC projects in the Oil & Gas industry, strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools, familiarity with industry codes and standards such as ISO 9001, API, ASME, ASTM, etc.
