Process Engineer

We are seeking a talented Process Engineer to join our thriving team in Brisbane. As a key member of our water and wastewater process engineering team, you will be involved in the complete project life cycle, from investigations and planning studies through to commissioning and operations support.

Your primary focus will be on undertaking process reviews, investigations, and designs of wastewater and/or water treatment plants. You will also develop and maintain trusted long-term relationships with our clients, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to secure and deliver projects, and remain at the forefront of technological developments and industry best practices.

This role offers opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as mentorship from our experienced process engineering team. You will work in a supportive and inclusive environment that values diversity and continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • A Chartered Professional Engineer (or working towards being chartered) degree in chemical engineering or a closely related field.
  • A strong understanding of water/wastewater industry standards and best practices.
  • Experience undertaking and leading investigations, options assessments, and design of municipal treatment plants.
  • Experience in an operational water or wastewater treatment environment, either from a role in operations or through significant time onsite for consultancy or contractor project work.
  • A broad knowledge of industry policies, standards, research, developments, and market trends.
