
Front Office Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel's front desk, ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient team performance. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing check-in/check-out processes, billing and reporting, handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally and promptly.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in hotel systems, including Opera and Accor systems, is an advantage. Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and evenings, is essential. A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences is crucial for success in this role.
Responsibilities- Manage front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes
- Oversee billing and reporting procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to foster a positive and productive work environment
