As an Industry Lead, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our Federal business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies for acquiring and retaining customers in the designated industry or market segment
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the industry
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key industry stakeholders, including customers, partners, and ecosystem
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales, marketing, and product development efforts with industry priorities
  • Monitoring industry trends and providing insights to inform our company strategy and decision-making

You will also lead and mentor a team of sales and business development professionals and achieve or exceed sales and revenue targets for the designated industry or market segment.

Additionally, an Industry Lead with Federal Government experience would bring a unique understanding of the needs and challenges of working with government and be able to leverage their experience in the field to create solutions that meet those needs.

Requirements

  • Working closely with the VP of Sales to develop and implement the industry sales strategy and identify high-impact areas of improvement
  • Bringing insights from the sector and working with teams to enable technology-enabled transformation
  • Embracing a collaborative sales culture, connecting teams to partner across our organisation and with third parties
  • Seeking continuous improvement to improve and streamline how we engage and do business within nominated Industry
  • A structured approach and attention to detail
