Rehabilitation Career Pathway

The Procare Group is launching a 12-month career development program for new graduates.

This pathway provides opportunities to work with a team focused on delivering value to customers in every interaction and make a real impact on the business, culture, and clients.

  • Consultants will assist individuals in recovering from injury or illness, returning to work, and life.
  • They will conduct assessments and case management services across various client portfolios.
  • Supporting people to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using clinical skills and knowledge gained from recent studies.
  • Interacting and building relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
Program Details

The program includes industry-leading mentorship from experienced staff members.

  1. 1-3 months
    • Welcome pack on commencement
    • Online training for technical and soft skills
    • Daily support from local peers and allocated mentors
    • Weekly meetings with Team Leaders
    • Report writing training and quality assurance support
  2. 3-6 months
    • Three-month check-in
    • Weekly supervision with allocated mentors
    • Ongoing case reviews and quality assurance support
    • Access to an incentive program
    • Development plan for the next six months
  3. 6-12 months
    • Service mentoring to achieve goals
    • Celebrating completion of the graduate year
    • Engagement with other graduates nationally
    • Paid professional development
    • Career planning meeting for the next twelve months
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists who are eligible for full registration with AHPRA.

Exercise Physiologists must be ESSA members with AEP status.

Rehabilitation Counsellors should have full ASORC membership.

Candidates nearing registration can apply for a Rehabilitation Assistant role while awaiting membership.
