Today, families face immense pressure as they navigate complex support systems alone. They must manage funding, interpret policy and coordinate care without any help or guidance.

We're building the infrastructure that families have always needed. We're creating digital solutions that provide personalized, step-by-step guidance for families and smarter tools for those who support them.

As a Mobile Application Developer, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our vision. You will develop high-quality, native mobile applications for both Android and iOS using Google APIs, Cloud Functions and automation tools like n8n.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin/Java and iOS applications using Swift.
  • Integrate with Google APIs such as Firebase, Maps, Calendar and others.
  • Build and maintain lightweight backend services using Google Cloud Functions.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, QA and backend engineers to deliver features on schedule.
  • Participate in code reviews and uphold high engineering standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience developing native Android and iOS apps.
  • Strong proficiency in Kotlin/Java for Android and Swift for iOS development.
  • Practical experience with Firebase and Google Cloud Functions.
  • Comfortable using Git and working within an Agile development framework.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools.
  • Exposure to AI coding tools such as Cursor.
  • Knowledge of additional cloud platforms like AWS.
