About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Impact Specialist to join our team at AECOM. As an Environmental Impact Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing technical insights into environmental planning, assessment, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct environmental assessments and provide recommendations for sustainable development and resilience outcomes.
  • Navigate approval pathways under Commonwealth, State, and Local frameworks.
  • Support our client's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Initiatives.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to promote best practices and embed sustainable development and resilience outcomes within our projects.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant tertiary degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Planning, or Environmental Engineering.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A strong interest in environmental planning and impact assessment.
