We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer and Assessor to join our team at Max Solutions. As a Trainer and Assessor, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality training and assessment services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver training and assessment services to clients in a variety of settings, including online and face-to-face environments.
- Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our clients and their learners.
- Assess learner competence against nationally recognized standards.
- Provide feedback and guidance to learners to support their learning and development.
- Contribute to the development of new training programs and materials.
- Hold a current and up-to-date TAE40116 qualification, including LLN or TAE 401A and TAEASS502 or 502A or 502B.
- Hold a minimum of a Cert III in Individual Support (Disability, Aged or Home and Community).
- Have solid experience using technology and managing student requirements.
- Be a driven, supportive, and community-minded person, able to work with a range of learners to support them in building future opportunities for themselves through learning.
- Have good computer skills, including WebEx, Excel, Word, and recording capabilities, including a computer with a camera.
- Have experience in delivering work-ready skills and digital literacy training.
- Have excellent skills in training facilitation and assessment within vocational areas.
- Have relevant qualifications and industry currency (please place your currency on your resume for reference).
