Lead Data Engineer

This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills to drive data engineering projects in the cloud. You will be responsible for developing and implementing scalable and efficient solutions to complex business problems.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams in designing and developing cloud-native solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and develop technical roadmaps.
  • Design and implement software architecture that meets scalability, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices and industry trends.
  • Leverage experience with cloud technologies such as GCP, AWS, and Azure to design and develop distributed microservices-based architectures.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related field.
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on cloud computing.
  • Hands-on experience in writing, debugging, and troubleshooting code in mainstream programming languages such as Java, Spring Boot, and TypeScript/JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and data governance.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
