Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at one of our two locations in Canning Vale or Harrisdale. This role will involve delivering a high-quality early learning program to children aged 0-6 years, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and Montessori Philosophy
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and ensure the center meets all necessary standards
  • Provide a safe and inclusive environment for children, promoting social skills and positive relationships among staff, families, and children
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child

Requirements

  • Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification recognized by ACECQA
  • Current Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance Certificate, and First Aid Certificate
  • Montessori qualifications and/or formal training in Montessori preferred but not essential

Salary and Benefits

$65,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus salary packaging options and access to ongoing professional development opportunities.
