About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced early childhood educator to join our team in Broome. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and care to children aged 0-5 years.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will have a degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification, with a strong passion for early years education within an Early Learning Centre environment. You will have effective learning programs launched in your career, including for 0 to 5 year olds, and demonstrate a commitment to compliance with National Education and Care Services Regulations 2012, NQF & EYLF.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality education and care to children aged 0-5 years
  • Develop and implement effective learning programs tailored to the needs and interests of individual children
  • Manage compliance with regulatory requirements, including National Education and Care Services Regulations 2012, NQF & EYLF
  • Promote the 'School ReadY' program to educators and engage with children and families to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment
