About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen of our popular pub in Blackwater. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all kitchen operations, from menu planning to food preparation and ensuring kitchen safety.

As a leader, you will oversee a small team and take responsibility for menu planning, stock control, and maintaining high standards of food quality. This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role in a high-energy, community-focused venue.

Your Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef in a pub or bistro
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Expertise in menu planning, costing, and daily specials
  • Excellent knowledge of stock management and inventory control
  • Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
