About the Role:

  • As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our clients in a variety of settings.
  • You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to clients, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical procedures.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Australian work rights.
  • Current Flu and three Covid-19 vaccinations.
  • Willingness to travel to different locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NDIS Clearance.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in the Aged Care Sector.
  • National Police Clearance.
