About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Software Solutions Designer to drive the creation of innovative, scalable software solutions for the enterprise Telco industry.

This individual will work closely with stakeholders, engineers, and delivery teams to craft robust, secure, and aligned software designs that meet business requirements and adhere to enterprise architecture standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Design & Architecture: Translate business needs into clear, maintainable software designs; develop solution architecture diagrams, data flows, and integration patterns.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with business and technical stakeholders to understand needs and constraints; facilitate design workshops and technical discussions to align on solution direction.
  • Technology Evaluation & Innovation: Assess new tools, frameworks, and platforms to support evolving client needs; recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience designing software solutions in enterprise or consulting environments.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture principles, integration patterns, and cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with Microservices Architecture, Service-Oriented Architecture, or Event-Driven Architecture.
  • Proficiency in JAVA, Springboot, API design, Message Brokers and Container Platforms.
  • Knowledge of security best practices for APIs.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
