Performance Director

GroupM Nexus is seeking a highly skilled Performance Director to lead our Implementation Planning and Buying team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results for our clients, driving business growth, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Implementation Planning and Buying team to deliver high-quality campaigns that meet client objectives
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and improve client outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional results
- Strong understanding of media landscape, including search, social, programmatic, and e-commerce
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build trust and respect with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Results-driven with a passion for delivering business outcomes
- In 3 months: Establish strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, demonstrate a deep understanding of our agency and group proposition, and immerse yourself in the team to understand campaign status
- In 6 months: Deliver high-quality campaigns that meet client objectives, strengthen key stakeholder relationships, and lead the Performance processes for the team's clients
- In 12 months: Take on greater ownership for campaigns and clients, build strong relationships with publishers, and elevate your impact and influence within the business
