Join Our Engineering Team as a Mechanical Apprenticeship Trainee

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our dynamic team and work on real-world projects. As a Mechanical Engineer Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience working with complex machinery and equipment.

As a trainee, you will be expected to perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, assemble and fit fabricated products, and diagnose faults using various tools and techniques. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in welding and mechanical tasks.

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.
  • Assemble and fit fabricated products.
  • Diagnose faults using various tools and techniques.
  • Develop skills in welding and mechanical tasks.

Successful applicants must possess excellent problem-solving skills, be self-motivated, and have a passion for learning and development. They must also identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander and meet the necessary eligibility criteria.

  • Hold a valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
  • Possess good physical fitness to perform manual tasks.
